Each year gardens in the village are opened by their owners for others to enjoy. This year Upwey gardens will be open on 7 and 8 July. It’s a great day out for garden lovers, families – or anyone who enjoys a stroll in the sunshine (we hope!).
As well as the gardens there are:
• Teas
• Ice creams
• Pottery demonstration
• Art exhibition in the Old School Hall
• Mini craft market
• Raffle
• Vintage vehicles
Admission is by programme which costs £4 per person (accompanied children free).
You can buy programmes on the day at the car park – in Damyons Mead in Church St – or at the triangle on the corner of Church St and Stottingway St.
