Upwey Village Hall, 7pm.

Upwey’s own Baking Bird, Lizzie Crow, invited Screen Bites to the village and we are delighted to be bringing Chef for you to see. American comedian and actor Jon Favreau plays a chef with attitude who is sacked by his fuddy duddy employer (Dustin Hoffman) and sets off across country with his delightful Twittering son and his ex wife to serve local, seasonal food on wheels – street food from Miami to California via New Orleans and Texas.

Food producers will include the Baking Bird (of course) and Dorset Shellfish, Alweston Jam, Portesham Vineyard, Wobbly Cottage, Charmouth Dragon Dorset Pies, Mercato Italiano and Rollys Brownies as well as our 11 regulars. And there will also be a chance to see Vintage May Queen, Fiona Penny at Sunflowers and Bill Crumbleholme’s pots.

The doors open at 7pm for tastings.
